How can I work out with Fit by Elizabeth?A single-purchase exercise system, the Transform Series, is available for streaming on your device. Fit by Elizabeth streams live fitness classes each Monday at 4:00CT on Facebook Live. I’m a complete beginner / postpartum / post-surgery.Welcome! These workouts are designed for YOU! Fit by Elizabeth offers comprehensive training for all levels, and progresses with you as you get stronger. Check in with your doctor to ensure you are ready for exercise before starting. Transform SeriesWhat is the Transform Series?The Transform Series is eight workouts, designed to enhance your shape with low-impact, dynamic movements. You enjoy more flexibility and strength, as well as a tighter, leaner physique. How many days a week should I do the Transform workouts?The more often you choose Fit by Elizabeth workouts, the better. For best results, do at least four Fit by Elizabeth workouts per week. Each workout is designed to be completed 2-3 times before moving on to the next workout. It will take you 4 - 8 weeks to complete the series, but you’ll see results within the first two weeks. Can I skip some Transform workouts?The workouts were designed to be done in order, but I won’t know if you did it another way! Your best results will come from completing the workouts in order 2-3 times before moving on to the next workout. |
